During the meeting, we thoroughly discussed the macroeconomic fluctuations, geopolitical developments, climate change, and cyber threats arising from the acceleration of digitalization, as well as their short-term, medium-term and long-term effects on both the global insurance markets and the Turkish insurance sector. In particular, the assessment of risks not only in financial terms but also in terms of operational sustainability, customer expectations, and regulation provided an important perspective for the creation of strategic roadmaps for the future. This comprehensive assessment once again highlighted the critical role of the insurance sector not only in risk transfer but also in the anticipation and management of risks and in providing value-added solutions to customers.
